After a first stage of strong development between 2010 and 2014, with the majority buyouts of 7 establishments, having the will to move forward in a highly capital-intensive business, the idea of a partnership with Extendam seemed logical to me. A premonitory meeting in Porto, during the Accor Convention in 2013 began to lay the foundations for an effective, solid and I hope long-term partnership between the two entities.

Having participated for many years in meetings of the AFA (Association of Accor Franchisees in France), and in view of the growing number of partners in Spain and Portugal, it seemed necessary to us to organize ourselves by founding the AFAcEP (Asociación de los Franquiciados Accor España y Portugal).
The purpose of this association is to discuss the know-how, marketing, sales, quality and experience of each.
